In May 2025, a major American cloud service blocked the email account of the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court after Washington placed him on a sanctions list. Whatever else can be said about that case, it proved one thing: access to an American cloud service is ultimately someone else's decision. For most businesses that is an uncomfortable thought. For a lawyer or notary, whose practice is built on confidentiality, it is a question a client will sooner or later ask you: where do my documents actually live, and who can reach them?

What you actually get
One environment with everything an office uses daily: email on your own domain, documents with joint editing, calendars, video calls with clients, a password vault for the team and, from the Smart package, a private AI assistant, secured with a single login and two-factor authentication, reachable at the office and safely from home or the courtroom. We take care of the migration from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, the day-to-day management, the updates, and an encrypted backup every night with a tested restore procedure.
And since you would ask us anyway: what if Aurivian is gone tomorrow? Your environment is open software, documented, and you hold the keys. Your practice keeps running, even without us. That is written into the contract.
