The honest cost comparison
Do not compare us with a bare licence, but with everything an office actually needs. That makes the sums honest.
Whoever looks only at the licence price is comparing half a list. An office that takes its work seriously pays, in practice, for separate subscriptions and for the people who keep everything running. Below is what that commonly costs, per employee per month, next to what it costs with us.

The Aurivian amount is our package pricing converted to an amount per employee; where you land in the range depends on package and team size. A server or your own hardware comes on top (about € 15 to € 30 per month), as does the one-off setup per package. On a two-year term that setup is waived; on a one-year term we charge half.
And in all honesty: if you arrange little today and work from a free mailbox, we are not cheaper. Then the question is not what it costs, but what you want to be able to show on the day a client, insurer or regulator asks.
